Be aware there is no elevator. the hotel did not accept a credit card, even though at was demanded for the reservation. it has only about 4 rooms which were adequate but certainly not luxurious.

There is no sign on the property except for the owner's name. difficult to find because no one knew of the place. very nice, new and modern bathrooms. i got to see 3 of the rooms because it was my family staying all at the same time.

Not easy to find, only according the house number. no signalization on the building. very good location! very friendly people. homy and small, only 4 rooms. breakfast is good, tasty, but every day the same and not a lot of to choose from. we liked it there very much specialy because of the location and home atmospher, we would stay again.

Lovely peaceful location away from the hussle and bustle of the city but within a stone's throw of the accademia bridge and the centre of everything - what a find! a very accommodating owner. breakfast was a little basic but fine. we would definitely stay here again.

Because the website was in english, it would be helpful to have someone at the hotel that speaks english, or at least let it be known up front that there will be no english speakers on staff. also, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired--almost no protein offered and not very filling.

The comments on the net said that there were lots of fruits at breakfast, but we never saw a single one. despite of this, and of the fact that the mattresses were quite hard, we enjoyed our stay there, very calm, clean, large room and large bathroom, hairdryer and air conditionned included. i would go back there at anytime.
