The hotel is very good, rooms well decorated and clean. It's beside the train Station, but far from the others tourist atractions. But this is a good aspect in Venice because you have to carrie your luggage acroos the city. I think it's better leaving The luggage at the hotel and than go sightseeing the city.
I recommend this hotel!!!!

wifi wasn't working most of our trip and you should state on line that it is only available in lobby if it does work. That was frustrating. The hotel lobby and restaurant areas were warm.
The good news, your front desk staff, Francesco, was outstanding. he made us feel he was there as our personal assistant. He gave us great tips for food and getting around and was very personaable and pleasant. He deserves some kudos!!

Lift extrem langsam!
Rasierspiegel in Zimmer 404 anders befestigen
Dichtung beim Spritzglas in Dusche undicht
Beim Frühstück müssen die vollen Tassen durchs ganze Lokal getragen werden.

I only have one complaint and that is no wifi in the rooms. It's available in the lobby and is free, but I find this uncomfortable... maybe I'm just spoiled. Other than that, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

High quality location right next to the train station. Gino's restaurant down the street is fabulous as well. We were delighted to have stayed here and felt easy to see Venice and close to the train station...not hard to find at all....was better than our expectations!

For the price paid, breakfast should be included, instead of additional E12.50.
Top rooms on third floor had skylight windows only, making the room seem a bit claustrophobic. Very close to train station, but a bit far to San Marco Square and the Rialto, but if you don't mind walking, its not bad. All in all, a very nice hotel!

Paid almost $400 per night for a Jr. suite vs. $145 for a basic room. This was a mistake! The oddly shaped room had a laminate floor that squeeled when you moved the desk chair. The bed was of good size but had a rough seam down the middle that made it hard to sleep on. The bathroom was small and we were given one bar of soap to share between the shower and sink. The heated towell rack was a nice touch. Staff was nice but inconsistent. Some were extremely knowledgable and helpful, some couldn't answer questions about things happening right in front of the hotel. We sent two emails to the hotels prior to our visit, neither was answered.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I love the location, comfort & the staff are great.
My bag was left behind in London by the airline & I was without if for 3 days, the hotel
staff rang to check up on it for me twice

Great location close to cruise ships and with a view of the Grand Canal. Staff was very helpful.

You can't beat the location if you are coming in by train, it is literally less than a 1 minute walk from the train station. Staff was patient, friendly, and helpful and made my short stay great. Don't hesitate... great hotel in a beautiful city!

Hotel was a little shabby, eg rugs leading to elevator.
Breakfast was overpriced
Room and bathroom were good sized but no real place to relax in the room
Person at desk was unable to recommend places for dinner.

I would recommend this hotel to people staying in Venice no more than 2 nights. Its location is perfect to get in and out of Venice via the train.....you deposit your luggage and avoid walking around Venitian bridges and streets with them. Personnel not very friendly but ok.....definitely stay away from a receptionist who is very condescending, arrogant, rude and unhelpfull to say the least.

This 4 star hotel needs major renovations in order not to loose its status. To my humble opinion, a traveller often on the road, this hotel fits more the 3 star category.
Its excellent location doen not give it the freedom of not staying up to the 4 star standards.

one of the best locations on the canal ,right next to the buses and train .the canal bus is right outside hotel ,you dont have to drag your bags around, get off the bus (5 euros from airport) 5 mins walk and you are there, and what a city go and enjoy !!!!!! our room was lovely ,clean, abit noisy air con ,but otherwise a good stay ,put it on your bucket list !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

our room was great but the breakfast was not good and their wifi was not working. from others that stayed there... i almost doubt that they ever have wifi

The shower left water in the marble trough next to the tub/shower. There was no way to avoid this overflow of water when showering due to the design of the glass barrier half wall and the shower angles.

The location of this hotel is great. Near shops, restaurants, bridges, train station, taxi (from airport), water bus. I would stay there again.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location for exploring Venice. Ridiculously handy to find and really well connected without being right on the main tourist route. Excellent interior and lovely staff made our honeymoon very special indeed.

The Boscolo Bellini Hotel in Venice is in an excellent location for travelling, very near Santa Lucia Station and vaparetto stops. The staff were very polite and helpful and there were aditional touches such as turning down of beds in the evening. The only problem with the room was that the air conditioning did not work but this is almost universal in all hotels. This hotel is notably better than the Boscolo hotel in Vicenza.
