Our room was tiny - I mean tiny. Room number 210 - stay away... Clean enough except for the carpet. Bathroom was clean. Dining room for breakfast was exceptional a good way to start your day. Evening meal was good also. The location of the hotel was very good near the main attractions of Venice. No conceierge desk and small reception desk so asking for help was sometime a challenge. No cocktail lounge to speak of so a quiet drink was not available but then again Venice is full of bar/restaurants. Overall a good time was had by both of us.

Best breakfast of all the places we have stayed in Europe! Fantastic! Great location, close to St Marks and Rialto Bridge. Would highly recommend! No complaints.

I traveled with a friend. Christian at the front desk made the stay extra pleasant. He was very professional as well as friendly and smiling. So was the whole staff. We got an upgrade and really appreciated it. The room was fantastic. Everything was good. I travel very much and will definitely tell my friends about your hotel and recommend it.

everything fine, the only critic we would make is the music in the terrace that we found a bit too loud.

We made a reservation for the Hotel Bonvecchiati and finally our room was in the close Palace Bonvecchiati which has not the same decoration and atmosphere (the pictures presented on the webiste were really different). Even if our stay was nice, we thought the employee could have told us about this change.

Rooms throughout Venice proper tend to be small. Room comfort rating reflects the small size of the room.
This hotel had clean rooms. Staff impeccable. Breakfast wonderful. We have stayed at this hotel many times
throughout our lives.

Wonderful accomodations. We were treated as first class. Our room was spacious, lovely, and had an excellent view of the city, water ways, gondalas, and more. Definitely a place that I will recommend to friends who are travelling to Venice.

Toilet stopped working late at night, which is bad.
The front sent a technician to fix it within 15 min., which is very good.
I will recommend your hotel to people, who can afford it.

Hotel is very close to St Marks Square but remember you have to carry suitcases over brdiges etc. We had a superior room which was very elegant but not cheap. No real amenitites other than a restaurant which was good for lunch but breakfast was poor - no fresh fruit, limited hot food which was not hot. Probably would look form something closer to Piazzale Roma and walk in future.

Great quick holiday, no complaints - only suggest varying the cooked breakfast some days and also clearer info about the Hotel's Gym/Spa. It wasn't mentioned by the staff and was not signposted in the Hotel.

The personnel and services at the reception desk were excellent. However, the quality and service of the breakfast was bad.

The hotel was situated just minutes from San Marco's Piazza, and that was great! We had a room with a view of a canal down below, which made it very "Venice" from all aspects. The hotel breakfast (included) was very good in the typical Italian fashion (lots of pastries...no fresh fruit). Our waitress was very welcoming. The only drawback was the unfriendly bellman (Antonio), who got us to our room with absolutely no conversation, and no helpful hints (air-conditioning controls, television operation, where to get ice for our room etc.) The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, though. I would recommend this hotel, but I'd warn, do NOT eat in the restaurant for dinner!! The food was beautifully presented, the waitstaff very attentive, but our meals lacked exceptional taste quality considering we spent over two hundred fifty dollars for two (without even ordering dessert)!
