Located behind one of the main streets, we were close to the action, close to San Marco square, close to water transport, but nice a quiet at night. The days were 40 degrees Celsius and the air conditioning was appreciated. The room was not large but suited our overnight stay and worth the money. They were happy to hold our bags the following day while we roamed the streets until we departed for our cruise. The breakfast was great, even for a hotel breakfast!! We would return again if we have the chance to visit Venice in the future. Thanks.

The hotel concierges (I encountered two) were especially friendly and helpful. The room was cramped but clean and acceptable. The breakfast was superb. Concierge help with transport and baggage handling was very good and much appreciated. Photos from my stay have not yet been downloaded. I did photograph my quarters (the large bath was a delightful surprise) and the common area for breakfast. If those photos turn out well, I will consider forwarding them to you. Thank you for your service.

The service was excellent. The staff professional and courteous went out of their way to be helpful. Their English was excellent and professional. I would recommend it without qualification. The breakfast was more like a lunch - excellent!

We want to iterate how lovely the service was by the hotel employees. They went out of their way to assist us in any way we needed. Our room was very nice, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We are not young and the bed was so good we had no backaches. The bathroom was clean and efficient, however, if one had a huge weight problem they might have some difficulties in moving around. We would definitely go back

This is a very small hotel, nicely decorated and although the rooms, as all hotel rooms in Venice, are miniscule, they are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the presence of a lift, which in Venice also is not common, and the proximity to all sights. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever come back to Venice and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Yes I would suggest it, as I have, but with qualifications. I've stayed there twice in two years, and have sent at least two other guests there. However, I was a little put out over some small things. I paid over $1,000 to stay there but when a friend visited for breakfast they charged me 10 euro on my bill after saying he could eat the humble feed. Also, their mini bars do not have price lists clearly posted. This seems deliberate, since drinking six meager items: two beers, a proseco, and three nips of average-grade alcohol resulted in an 80 euro surcharge on my final bill. I know "caveat emptor," but at three-stars and above these little things count.

You may indicate the convenience that the Vaporetto is very close to the hotel.

The room we were in had an air conditioning unit that seemed to have a mind of its own. It came on randomly and was very difficult to understand. Perhaps a short set of instructions would be useful next to the control. Otherwise very friendly and comfortable. Lots of mosquitos though so make sure you keep windows shut!

This hotel is fabulously located very close to San Marco. It is on a quiet sqare and therefore less noisey than other Venice hotels. My husband and I had a room with a view of the square and although it had two large windows, it was small and tired. The bed and pillows were hard. The breakfast was uninspired. The front desk staff were multilingual and efficient, but did not enjoy their work. On the plus side, it was clean and the bathroom was relatively large and all marble. Everything worked. The air conditioning was effective but unobtrusive. If location is important and you are not looking to hang out in the room, and quiet is important to you, then I would recommend it. I have stayed in much better 3 star hotels in Europe for much less, so am relunctant to heartily endorse it.

Need to get internet connection. Wifi or a business centre. Dial up is too slow.
Good value for money.

A map of the city with a plan to reach the hotel would be good. We had to ask the way in another hotel, because the hoteladress consists just numbers, no roadname!!!

The hotel was clean; furniture was fairly new; staff was courteous; close to attractions and stores. My only complaint is that they did not have an iron and ironing board anywhere in the hotel and the electric current was minimal and I could not use my hairdryer, my ceramic iron or my steamer for my clothes. I think this information should be posted on the internet.

This is great hotel, but I wonder that if you guy have the small keeping room for the luggage! that will be perfect...
Anyway, thank you very much.
